She has a vast experience of consulting on corporate reorganisations and distributions, sale of businesses, capital raisings, joint ventures, property developments and liquidations.

Oksana’ extensive experience also covers provision of tax advice to the Ukrainian and CIS high net worth individuals on private wealth structuring, preservation of wealth, and tax planning around life changing events.

Two of Ukrainian Sports Federations: Advising on various issues pertaining to tax treatment of non-profitable organizations in Ukraine, representing the Federation in relations with the tax authorities; advising on various issues connected with tax liabilities during receiving of financing for veterans of fencing.


Ukrainian national energy company: Advising on newly adopted CFC rules in Ukraine (introduced by Law N466): new CFC reporting obligations; enhanced permanent establishment rules, ‘look-through’ approach, the principal purpose test, additional criteria for passive income reliefs, taxation of indirect sale of real estate; Structuring international trade transactions, including with the use of foreign jurisdictions, and assessment of their tax implications and risks; Advising on simplifying group structures, executing cross-border transactions.
