Juha Sumentola has been in the legal profession, in positions in the field of business law, since 1987.
During his career as a lawyer, Juha has worked in numerous demanding business law expert positions, such as corporate and real estate transactions and arrangements, international and domestic contract law mandates, and extensive trials both in courts and in arbitration proceedings. Juha is the business management advisor of several of its client companies in business legal matters. He has acted as an agent for both large, publicly listed companies and also small and medium-sized family businesses.
Juha Sumentola is one of the founding partners of the law firm established in 1994.
