Aleksander Stuglik graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice and completed doctoral studies. Foreign lawyer, registered with the American Bar Association and the Law Society of Ireland. From 1997, he worked for the IT sector, including contracts for the passporting of the TP SA network, then he served private entrepreneurs from various industries, as well as local government entities, while working as an assistant in universities and a trainer in Polish and foreign training companies. Since 2004, a member of the Association of Independent European Lawyers in London, in 2011/12 the president of this organization. He works closely with lawyer colleagues from many countries, being responsible for the internationalization of the law firm’s activities. He introduced investors to the Polish market, including from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, the Netherlands, Hungary, Italy, Argentina and the USA. He advised Polish entrepreneurs entering foreign markets. In the years 2007-2009, together with the Irish law firm KMB Solicitors in Dublin, he led the KMB-Stuglik Solicitors project, aimed at servicing the Polish diaspora in Ireland and Irish investors in Poland. Currently, he conducts projects related to the management of Polish, Czech, Cypriot and Slovak lawyers within the structure of the KBZ Law Firm. Active manager working for Polish and foreign companies, including Czech and American. Member of the Regional Chamber of Commerce Council in Katowice and its proxy. He has written several dozen articles and several books on copyright, economic, tax and labor law.
