Alessandro Biletta

Born in Piedmont in 1941, Mr. Biletta graduated in Law from the State University of Milan with top marks in 1965 with a dissertation on comparative private law at the end of a period spent in Egypt with a contribution of the State University. He cooperated with Utet and arranged a few items for the Novissimo Digesto. He was admitted to the Bar of Lawyers of Milan in 1968; he is admitted to the Bar of Cassation. His professional activity is mainly focused on corporate advice and assistance on acquisitions, labor law, business agreements (commercial distribution agreements), but he does also advise on family law matters (separations, successions, filiations). He has significant experience in domestic arbitrations, even in his capacity as Chairman of the Board of Arbitrators. Member of AIJA; Member, Director and Vice-President of AGAM; Vice-President of AIGLI (Associazione Internazionale Giuristi di Lingua Italiana – International Italian-speaking Lawyers Association); Director and President of the Rotary Club.
