Born in Milan, Italy, enrolled in the Register of Legal Attorneys since 1974 and in the Register of Lawyers since 1980.
Education: degree with 110 cum laude from the State University of Milan in 1971.
Master in comparative law (MCJ) at New York University (Fulbright Scholarship and New York University Scholarship) in 1972.
Assistant in Commercial Law at the State University of Milan, 1973-1983 and ‘lecturer’ at the University of Milan – Bicocca in the years 1997-98 and 1999-00.
Member of the board of the Young Lawyers Association, 1978-79.
President of the Italian Fulbright Association, Milan section, 1976-79.
Member of the board of the National Association, 1978-1979.
Member of the Association of Independent European Lawyers (AIEL), councilor of the Italian Association for the protection of competition; councilor of the International Association of Jurists of the Italian Language (AIGLI) 2011-2014, vice-president 2014-2017 and member of the editorial board of the journal.
