Independent Lawyers in the Czech Republic

Mgr. Hana Kuncová publishes in the media in the field of civil and family law. At the same time, she is a lecturer in the field of law (labor law, civil law, family law, procedural agenda), both for private organizations and for organizations that train state administration officials (accredited courses of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, MLSA) We work closely with private executors, notaries, court interpreters and experts, tax advisors and surveyors. Cooperation with colleagues in German, Polish or Slovak law is very common. Our law firm is a member of the Association of Independent European Lawyers, thanks to which we provide legal services abroad, not only in the European Union.
